Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

- Unworn and undamaged
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Returned in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Resale,Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Store Credit

All approved returns will be issued as **store credit only**. We do not offer cash refunds. Store credit:

- Is valid for 12 months from the date of issue
- Can be used on any item in our store
- Will be sent to you via email once your return is processed

How to Request a Return

1. Email us at thecoloradocreamcompany@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days
4. If approved, you will receive return instructions and a return address
5. Ship the item back using a tracked shipping method at your own cost

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and packaging

We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Processing Time

Once we receive your return, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection and processing. You will receive an email confirmation with your store credit code once approved.
